:icondance OK- Ryan's Steakhouse (buffet) in Savannah, GA showcases it low carb veggies, has sugar free chocolate pudding, sugar free whipped topping and LOTS OF yummy Steak, Ham, Ribs and Sausage. Salad bar is great too- huge!

It's the cracked ones who let the light in...

haven't been there in a while but will have to try it out now with Atkins - have been to Golden Corral which is very similar
