im from chicago home to the greatest gyro meat company, Kronos. gyro meat is half beef and half lamb. it is served with onions, tomatoes, tzatziki sauce, which is a yogart base with cucumber strands, oregano, olive oil, and salt. all on a pita. the meat has no fillers and is just fine. SH#T its better then fine... its a godsend! if you live in chicago, go to HUBS on dempster in skokie. you will thank me!
