Located at Geary and Power. This is a nice, reasonably priced restaurant with decent food and very good service. They offer huge, really good salads (Cobb, Shrimp and Crab Louis, Ceasar, etc), and many meat and fish dishes. One lunch item surely designed with low-carb eaters in mind is called Joe's Special with Mushrooms. It's a large plate of chicken or beef, with mushrooms, spinach, onions and egg. It's really good and totally induction friendly. The staff is also good about checking on ingredients. They actually make coleslaw with no sugar! Wine, full bar, breakfast, lunch, dinner.
