I tried the new Cobb Salad from McDonald's and it was delicious!! I could not believe that it was that induction friendly!! Here are the ingredients- lettuce, cherry tomatoes, blu cheese crumbs, grilled chicken, bacon, eggs! This salad is to die for!! Just watch out for the cherry tomatoes!!!But the salad is worth ever penny!!

    Thanks for the tip!

I'll have to be sure and try that one some time. My favorite induction friendly lunch is the caesar side salad from Wendy's. Don't add the croutons, of course and you're looking at 2.5 carbs. I usually order a Jr. Cheesburger and eat the patty to get my protein in. Yummy, and inexpensive too! :joy

        too good to be true?

I have heard that the grilled chicken in the salad is grilled in a sugary kind of batter. Something like that. Just thought I would spread the warning just in case. Maybe do without the chicken in the salad fow now in induction! If you see stalls, that may be the culprit. I hope it is induction friendly, however, I tried it before I went on Induction and loved it! Let me know if this is true! Thanks.

Do they have new dressings? The old Newman's own they used was loaded with sugar, and definately not induction friendly.

8 carbs without the dressing, and (ugh!) the dressing alone is 9 carbs, so 17 carbs for that cobb salad with the dressing.

Here's a link you should bookmark -- it has nutritional info on 230 national chain restaurants.... don't leave home without it!
