I have eaten it on occasion and have not had any problem with it. I am not sure I would recommend eating it very often. But, it is fine for Induction. HTH

Mickey D's Sausage

My mom and I stop and get a sausage patty or two every morning and it hasn't stopped me from being in Ketosis. I just don't like how much they charge for one patty.

I don't like eggs that much so, sausage and bacon have been my mainstays for breakfast.
