I got a Chicken and baby spinach salad today and while i was waiting in line i was reading a sticker on the glass. it said that the low carb wraps "and" salads were not ok for induction. i get my salad with no tomatoes, no almonds and no onions and i use Wishbone carb options ranch dressing(0 carbs). everything in the salad is on the accepted foods list. was that sticker right? can i not eat this salad while on the induction phase? and i am sorry i didnt see the other thread about subway salads

I would guess the 2 grams of sugar in the salad (without dressing) would be the reason?
Here's the link for nutritional info: http://subway.com/subwayroot/MenuNut...uct/index.aspx
Hope this helps.

Those 2g of sugar probably come from the tomatoes, which are allowed on induction in moderation.
After reading the ingredient list, the only ingredient in the spinach salad that is induction unsafe is the almonds. If you exclude those you should be fine. But be careful you don't go over your 3 cups of veggies/day limit. Those salads are big!
