They finally brought their low carb menu to Miami. I have heard others say theirs had it, but only yesterday did ours. And we go there all the time!!! I had the pork chop with green beans. It was SO good. They also have bunless burgers, bunless chicken sandwich, chicken ceasar, etc. And their low carb dishes are only 10 cents more than the regular menu ones. Check it out if you like them. I am so happy they are finally on the bandwagon!!!! :icondance

I'm still too ticked at Bennigans to go back. One Friday DH and I decided to expand our horizons and find more sources for good hot Buffalo wings so I called Bennigan's and asked if their wings were breaded or unbreaded. The woman absolutely assured me that they were NOT breaded. We went in that night (before they had a low-carb menu), ordered the Buffalo wings and, guess what??? They were breaded. Lightly, to be sure, but breaded nonetheless. When I told the waitress that we had been assured earlier in the day that they were not breaded, her response was, "Oh, they don't have a bunch of flour on them. THAT much won't kill you!" The manager was off for the night and our waitress was the highest ranking person there. I wrote a letter to both the HQ and that particular restaurant. That's been 6 - 8 weeks ago and I haven't heard a thing from them. Until/unless I do, Bennigan's is off our list!

did you pay for the wings ? I sure wouldnt have, they would have brought me somthing else.

:sadblinky Honestly, at least at that time, there WAS nothing else that would have been OK for our WOE. Yes, we did pay the bill. It was clear that the waitress (who is also the cashier at Bennigan's) was too dense to get the message and no other manager-type was there. We were hoping that we would get satisfaction through a complaint letter to them - an offer of our money back or a free meal (which I would give to someone else...). This is many weeks later and we've heard nothing at all. Guess who's NEVER going back to Bennigan's again?

I eat there sometimes also - last night as a matter of fact - love theier low carb menu - nothing fancy but the food is good - yeah I asked about the wings but they told me they were breaded - that does suck.
