I was also a starbucks person before Atkins. I am now in OWL and really want a good coffee. Is heavy cream something that all starbucks have? I can just go in and order a latte with heavy cream instead of whole milk? Is is the whipped cream or liquid form?

What about whipped cream....doesn't it only have a small amount of carbs?

Everyone I've ever been to has it.

I order a half-caff latte (you can get decaf), made with heavy whipping cream, with a shot of sugar free vanilla syrup. They don't even blink twice. It's SOOOOOOOOOO good.

Unfortunately they don't make sugar-free frappuccinos. But if you get the iced sf vanilla latte, or the shaken sf vanilla iced coffee with heavy cream, it's not a bad substitute. Very tasty. And now a lot of SB have sf hazelnut too.

I am a fan of the cold drinks also. I order decaf coffee on ice with cream and sugar free vanilla syrup.

I'm wondering, isn't that a lot of cream to chug when replacing the milk? How many carbs would you count this as?

2TBSP of cream is 1 carb. Guess it would depend on how big of a cup was bought.
