You just HAVE to go to Jack in The Box and get one of their "Extreme Sausage" breakfast sandwhiches (without the bun of course). Picture this~ a big sausage patty, then eggs, then cheese then ANOTHER sausage patty!!! I am not sure the total carbs on it once you remove the bun. I tried checking on the website but I didn't have any luck. Also, another favorite of mine is going to Del Taco for lunch and ordering a "Del Beef Burrito" I order it without the red sauce. So basically its just beef and cheese. Don't forget to request a fork for this one :yes I normally eat it right out of the tortilla and then throw the tortilla away. Yummy!!
