BD's Mongolian Barbeque

Has anyone ever been and how atkins safe is it???? I heard that they serve tortillas and rice with the meal but ON THE SIDE.....

I am not sure on this particular, but one of my treat restaurants is HuHot's another Mongolian grill. Just have to be careful about the sauces they use. HuHot has a great carb listing for how much each scoop of sauce is. I would look for the same - I was surprised by the Ginger sauces.

BD's is an awesome place for lowcarbers. You pick exactly what ingrediants you want down to the spices and even the sauces. They do bring you tortillas and rice on the side, but those are easily enough avoided or sent back. Over all I love the place.
