Anyone have the nutritional info for their El Grande Omelette Burrito? I can't find it anywhere.
Just wondering. It's probably extremely high.

I didn't look very hard, but their website doesn't include nutritional info (Behind the times; baaaaad Perkins!). However, from the description
El Grande Omelette Burrito
A three-egg omelette of spicy taco beef, hashed browns and salsa, tucked into a red tomato tortilla and topped with Pace® Thick 'n Chunky Salsa, American and Monterey Jack cheeses, black olives, tomatoes, and sour cream.
I would say it's very high. Who knows what's in the spicy taco beef since a lot of taco spices include sugar? The hash browns are high, the salsa may have sugar, and the tortilla certainly isn't low carb, so it's very high. If you were in pre-maint or maint, and you have a high ACE, maybe you could have it occasionally. Maybe you can make your own using lc ingredients and an lc tortilla?
Nah... I didn't want any. Pre-Atkins, I used to eat there, and half, or a third of that, was usually my regular.
I was just wondering how many carbs I consumed before.
