Thanks for the links. I now know how much in what I eat. Its amazing how fatty some of these foods are. I guess you dont think about it when you are eating. God bless you all.
If you pull something up like a burger info, that includes the bread so how can you tell the carbs if you take the bread/bun off? Maybe it's ok as long as it has only the allowed topings on it?
