Went to Rock Bottom Friday night, it was GREAT! They have a healthy choices menu which includes some low carb options. I think this menu is new, I don't remember seeing it before. I had the "Healthy" top sirloin which came with green beans and a side salad (and they automatically give you dressing on the side). It was absolutely delish! Highly recommended -- if you have a Rock Bottom near you, check it out!
