Went here for lunch today... I had the 2 item plate with beef and broccoli, mandarin chicken, and mixed veggies. 470 calories and 22 carbs... not fabulous, but I'm OWL-ing so it worked out just fine. Very tasty! Could have opted for just the mandarin chicken and mixed veggies, which would have made it just 320 cals and I believe 14 carbs, but I was hungry today.
Definitely recommended if you're in OWL or beyond and can have a higher carb count!
