      DANGER WILL ROBINSON, DANGER!! Beware, the olive garden has everything (salad dressings included) loaded with sugar..... I avoid there all together, or when I do go I have the plain meat and veggie dinners that are pretty overpriced.

        There is a lot of sugar in their dressing? Do you have a link to the carb counts by any chance, where did you get the info?

          According to dietfacts , it has 3g of carbs. Not horrible, but not exactly Kraft Carb Well dressing.

            OLIVE GARDEN.. NO WAY I wouln't even do it to myself!!! Stick to Restaurants with Low Carb Menu's like Friday's and Uno's....
            I started ALL over again today March 4, 2005. I NEED MOTIVATION..

              I recieved the recipe how to make the dressing from a cousin who worked there, one of the main ingredients was sugar. This was pre-atkins and when I made the dressing it was definatly the olive garden dressing! When I started this WOE I asked her and she said that all of their dressings have sugar in them and the best way around that is to get just plain oil and vinegar.

              I have checked their site and asked many times to get their direct carb count but have never been provided with it....
