Looks like they have several grilled fish/chicken dishes...you can go to their website and put in your zip code to view a copy of your local one's menu

I was just playing around on that website and found a special section - they have a menu sutible for folks w/ Gluten Intolerance they developed with the " Gluten Intolerance Group--it looks like there are lots of yummy things that would be good for us Atkineers likeScampi's Mussels, Sausage and Peppers, Salads etc---yum, now you have me wanting to go there!

omg carrabas is my favorit restaurant. i love their lagasna but that a big no no. they have a good chicken ceasuer(sp?) salad hold the croutons. also their chicken marsala and steak marsala is good. dont know how many carbs the sauce has though. carrabas is my weakness. i love their bread and oil and balsamic vinegar.

I eat at Carrabbas at least once a week. I usually have a glass (or 2) of Chardonnay, a caesar salad with no crutons, and the Chicken trio or Pollo Rosa Maria and whatever veggie is available. It's become my favorite restaurant. The food is always good, and there are lots of Atkins friendly choices.
