There's a number of these various steakhouses cropping up across the country, not sure if there's a national chain per se, but if you haven't been to one, it's like a Atkiners dream.
They can be a little pricey, but usually have different lunch prices which are much more economical.
Basically, they have a wonderful salad bar, sometimes with seafood/sushi, but often with a variety of different veggie dishes that must be uniquely Brazilian.
But the best part is the meat.
Servers come around to your tables with meat on spits and carve off pieces for you to eat. Sirloin, pork, ribs, lamb, chicken, filet mignon.... very tasty and it's all you can eat!!! You are typically given a card that is red on one side, green on the other to leave out on your table. Green means keep coming to the table for meat, red means stop. If you like a variety of meat, you will definitely get your fill.
