I checked out a couple of links that everyone has suggested and have gone to mcdonalds website but I cant seem to find what the carb count for just the sausage and egg **no english muffin**

Or... lookup the plain english muffin & subtract it's carbs from the one with sausage and egg...

Wow, that is really cool...I can't eat at McDonalds (personal reasons), but atleast their website is really innovative...lol.

So why can't they get rid of transfats. I understand that in Norway or Sweden transfats are against the law and the fast food giants all cook without them, but here they can't do that.

McDonalds ahs a statement about phasing out the transfats in it resturants with a schedule for ewhen it will take place.

Good point though, If they already are cooking without them in other countries why phase them out? Why not just do it?

Do you think they are trying to use up the gigantic stockpiles of transfatty foods they have frozen across the country before giving the American public healthier foods to eat? If so, that's a poor reason, valuing the almighty, bottom dollar over the health and well being of thier own customers.
