I have been there a couple of times. Their steaks are the best. Just make sure to tell them you are doing lo-carb. They will do anything they can to accomodate you. Like they say, "No rules, just right"

As my husband and I are both on Atkins, we just ask them to not bring bread to our table.

Maybe the outbacks around here are sub-pay, but I have always found their steaks and salads woefully poor in comparison with even other chain steakhouses. I am a die-hard Lone-Star fan when it comes to mass-market steaks, and their iceburg wedge salad is the best out there in the class. The best thing about the Outback is the blooming onion, which is unfortunately not Atkins friendly
. Hmm, I bet I could figure out a LC sub if I coudl figure out how to cut the onion like that...
