    Subway Wraps?

    Anyone have any advice on the Subway "Carb Friendly" Wraps?

      Yes, dont touch them in induction. But what other advice do you want?

      I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

          The only advice I can give is wait until the grain rung of OWL to have it.
