I believe they have:

- Finely chopped mushrooms
- Italian Sausage
- Mozzarella cheese
- Green Onions
- Garlic
- 2-3 Tablespoons of Bread Crumbs

If in induction then those mushrooms are definitely not allowed. Bread crumbs arent permitted until the relevant rung of OWL.

Btw, the abs diet you see in my signature, is not a diet. I am counting my crunches that I do I am adding them up in my signature. THe comment I make about not believing how simple and effective this diet is, is the ATKINS Diet.
