    one word.. BUFFET!

    Casino Buffets have a lot of great Atkins choices.. Showboats Cajun Buffet and Harrahs' Seafood one were where we went and YUMMMM Salmon filets, pork chops, prime rib, lox chicken in basil cream sauce. sugar free jello, heavy whipped cream, salad, antipasto meat and cheese shredded, cheese chunks, low carb crustless cheesecake.. GROAN!

    I ate like a pig and STILL lost 2 lbs that week!

      I love AC. We go evey fe montrhs for the night. There are some great restaurants. I like Morton's and Hooters specifically, lol. Hey Alvysyngr, you're right down the block from me, I'm in Amityville.
