Broiled seafood including platters are on many seafood restaurant menus. You can have all you want except limit oysters & mussels to 4 oz. Shrimp & clams & crab & lobster are ok too, but not breading.

Now I'm gettingg hungry! See what you did....

They have an excellent cesar salad too. I'd get broiled seafood, maybe a shrimp cocktail as an appetizer. Yummy.

          Re: Wedding anniversary

I usually get this combo that comes with their yummy caesar salad. It's a broiled chicken breast with like cheese and stuff on it and also shrimp scampi. Then you just ask for veggies on the side instead of potatoes. Easy-peasy. They also have lots of broiled, grilled, and blackened fish. There are lots of options there besides fried food. stay away from those awesome cheesy garlic biscuits though! Dang, I had to think of those, didn't I??

Only nutritional info they put out is their lighthouse menu http://www.redlobster.com/lighthouse/menu.pdf

Good info, if you do go for the shrimp coctail, avoid the cocktail part and just eat the shrimp! (Large cocktail sauce has 15 net carbs, not that you'd slup down a whole cup of the stuff )

Thanks guys, Higgies thanks for reminding me about the awesome, drool causing, carb filled cheesy garlic biscuit's. I will stay far from them. I saw a post on here about 2 months ago where a girl said if it was something she couldn't have she would just smell it and her craving would be gone. Nope not working for me LOL I will just tell them not to bring them to the table. LOL THanks again.
