  • Bob Evans

So im new to Indiana and never heard of bob evans. I guess its a midwest/east coast chain. Anyways, went there the other day and had their Heritage Chef Salad. OMG ..great salad. Very low carb friendly..it had bacon and turkey, ham, cheese, and hardboiled eggs..(no carrots) with a delish swiss bacon ranch dressing. YUM.
Also, they have a low-carb section on their menu! Fabulous.
I had one at lunch and was full the rest of the day.

Bob Evans is very midwestern--the original Bob Evans farm is in southern Ohio.

    Thanks for the info!
