Last week I was busy and on the run a lot. So three days in a row I ordered take out from Texas Roadhouse. I ordered the sirloin tips, no onions, no potatoes, no rice, no gravy, with house salad on the side. Well I gained 5 pounds and was out of ketosis. I looked back over my menu and the only thing new was the roadhouse. So I called them and asked if by any chance there was sugar in the steak seasoning? YES!! Their steak seasoning has brown sugar as the 2nd ingredient!! I was so angry!!
