White Spot?

Anyone know anything about White Spot? I've tried doing some searches here, but haven't found anything.

I have to go out for dinner tomorrow and my options are a little limited. Trying to find a restaurant there that is mentioned as Atkins friendly on this forum, but not too much luck so far.




Another one I could look at is Earl's. But I don't know if there are any problems with that one either.

There's also Kelsey's, but of course I can't find ANY info about their menus. This is getting so frustrating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What part of Canada are you from?

I just ate lunch at Earls the other day for my birthday.

I had the ceasar salad with no croutons and added cajun chicken to it. It was very good and I do believe Atkins legal.

You also can't go wrong with a steak and grilled vegetables.

I've never had a bad meal at Earls!
