Hello everyone! 
I just started induction last Sunday and have done great so far. My dilemma is that I am a college student. I have classes three days a week. During these classes we are allowed a 30 min. break to eat.
Within immediate vicinity of the school is a Taco Bell, Sonic Drive-In, and White Castle. Now I know I can very well just bring a snack in my backpack, and I actually probably should, but I am just asking, for the times when I'm thinking about eating at these places, what would be the best choices?
I know I can get a burger without the bun, for instance, but was wondering if I had other options. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich at Sonic yesterday, looked at the online menu, and realized the sugar count was 7g. However, they have no way of seperating the bun, so I do not know if these sugars are on the chicken or the bun.
Just need some advice! Sometimes I'm on the run and don't have time to pack a snack from home.
