  • Mongolian BBQ

I just visited this chain that seem to have a lot of locations in the midwest.
From Chicago down to Texas. It's way more hip than your usual mongolian bbq that you would find at the back of a Chinese Buffet. The selection is huge. The only complaint I have is knowing how much sugar is in the sauces. I avoid the sauces labled "honey" obviously.

When did a mongolian bbq offer crawfish tails and mahimahi? This place does. Lamb, Sirloin, Chicken you name it...

They server brings you rice and mexican soft tortillias but you can tell them to skip that.

Does anyone know if there are other high quality mongolian places like this around the country? I travel a lot... so I like to stay on the diet despite the road life and lack of kitchen.

    Re: Mongolian BBQ

I went to a Mongolian BBQ for the first time last week. At first I thought I had to blow my diet, because it warned you have to have 5 ladels of sauce on your bowl. But when I checked it out they also had things like wine, broth, and differant oils. You can go totally Atkins friendly there, and it was DELICIOUS! Not to mention fun!
