    Portland, Oregon Airport

I flew out of PDX on Saturday and got there early enough to eat at one of there fine dining establishments. (Actually the restaurants there are a cut above most airport restaurants) Had breakfast at Capers which is on the B concourse-Alaska and Horizon Airlines. They featured an Atkins omelet on their breakfast menu. It had Swiss cheese, turkey, bacon and tomatoes. Instead of toast or potatoes they gave a choice of ham, bacon or sausage. Pretty cool!

Also for you folks that live near a Jakers Restaurant in Montana or Idaho, they have a blurb in their menu about folks that are low carbing and how to order. Their salad bar was great. One of the best I've seen. It was a really nice dining experience. We ate at the one in Twin Falls, Idaho.
