Roger,
I work at Red Lobster and enjoy eating there all the time. My favorite entree is called LobsterChopsâ„¢. They are basically 3 grilled lobster tails and 6 sea scallops and are DELICIOUS! They're served with rice pilaf, but ask for seasoned broccoli instead. Plus you get another choice and a salad. I normally choose seasoned broccoli and caesar salad (no croutons). The caesar dressing is 2 carbs for 2 TBSP. You can ask for it on the side if you wish. We also have other lobster, crab, and fish selections that could be acceptable.
Red Lobster's Lighthouse menu should be included in your regular menu and contains some information such as calories, fat, carbs, and fiber that could help you also in your decision!

Just about any seafood steamed or broiled dry or grilled dry..watch their "drawn butter" as it is not really butter. Steamed crab legs, oysters, clams, shrimp are all yummy. Dry Grilled fish of any kind. Broiled shrimp, scallops, fish etc are all good ask for them to be broiled dry and then get extra lemon wedges to add flavor at the table.

What is their drawn butter, if it's not really butter? Guess I never thought it could be anything else.
