I thought I would add the link to their menu. I know they have some good stuff. I know that on road trips and vacations we all get stuck sometimes and cheat. So, wanted to share an option I know of.

lol I was a sampler chick.. The one that has a bit of everything on the menu favorites. I would share it with the kids and that would be it. That is when I was really not watching any calories or scales. Def no carb counting there.... haha

We don't have them here but i have been when in the States. WE drove down to florida a couple of years ago and they were a godsend! They have a great low carb breakfast menu especially

and i just love the store part too!!!

Thanks for sharing that menu with us. We are on the road right now and I have seen Cracker Barrells (we don't have them at home), so I will keep that in mind.

Jen: Yes, I am in Florida... The store, boy as we have more kids it is harder to go to CB. They want every toy... and there is so much to break. None the less I would suggest it on road trips to anyone!

I am going to make myself nuts tomorow going over the menu. I usually either get the chef salad or the dumplings when I go there. Now that I am on Atkins I am still glad I get to have the salad. It is *really* yummy!

I went last night and got the half pound bacon cheeseburger from the low carb menu with a side salad.

It was DELICIOUS and soooo low-carb friendly!
I love Cracker Barrell!!

I love Cracker Barrel's for dinner. I like the spicy grilled catfish. I always get the l piece fish with two sides, greenbeans and salad. The grilled chicken tenderloins are delish also.

I had the double meat breakfast yesterday morning. It was so good. I think you need to be careful with the toast. I think they used to use real low carb toast but I think that now they just use whole wheat.
