    Can anyone tell me what is used to marinate and season Kabobs from a Middle Eastern Restaurant? My boss is from Afghanistan and her father owns a kabob restaurant. The meat (chicken and lamb) is wonderful, but I'm wondering if the seasoning is Atkins friendly. Any input would be great! I am also going to get my boss to ask her dad.
