They have the best tasting chicken around...no breading, marinated, and zero carbs. Unfortunately, they are only in 4 states, CA, AZ, NV, and TX.

They even have the nutritional content listed on their site.

I love El Pollo Loco before starting Atkins...I was thinking about having it for lunch today but couldn't log into the website to see if there was nutrional information.

just went to El Pollo Loco last night for dinner (in CA) I was delighted to see they had "legal" sides with the chicken!! I ordered a 2 piece combo that came with two sides, a side salad and fresh veggies (carrots, broccoli, and calliflour) the salad has 7 grams (I took it home and added my own no carb dressing) and the veggies have 8. I gave my kids all the carrots so I figure that cut a few out. It does come with tortillas, but I just handed them over to my husband.

Bringing back an old post, but does anyone know if there are any sugars in the marinade they use on the chicken? I'm in induction right now and am being very cautious with everything.

Well, you can download a nutritional guide on their website. The chicken says zero carbs, so at the most one serving might have .5 carbs, I think you're ok to have the chicken but I would check out that guide before ordering anything else.
