    i love their chicken wings the spicy garlic ones yummy.. the saue is 2 carbs per tablespoon so i usually blot some off before I eat it but still yummy

    Buffalo wings are really high in sodium, so if you're watching your salt intake, best to stick to one serving (4 wings)=900 grams sodium.

        It depends on what is in the sauce, how they're seasoned after frying or baking...quite possible it could get that high with a certain sauce. If you just fry them or bake them plain though and throw them in something like Frank's Redhot sauce, you should be fine. Frank's has 7mg per oz.

          Check to see if your BWW has "naked" wings. They're basically grilled chicken breast skewers, so you can be sure they're not breaded or even dusted with flour. Plus they're easier to eat than actual wings!

            I actually had the nekkid tenders today for lunch with a tiny tiny bit of their parmesan garlic sauce and mild sauce. Tasty!!

              where can I find Frank's Redhot sauce? I looked at walmart last night and I could not find it I got another one like 2 carbs per serving.. I am defrosting wings to amke for dinner!

                Franks is everywhere!
                I get it at wal-mark in the giant bottle in the institutional sizes.
                they also have it next to ketchup in the hot sauce section (smaller sizes)
                "I'm big boned" ...Um, nobody has bones that big....

                Buffalo wings, not just for breakfast anymore.

                            im facing a dilemma, im going to bdubbs tonight... and am not sure wether they have the naked wings or not.

                            shari dawn, are you saying the parmesian garlic wings are safe? just regular order. just trying to get this cleared.. cause i started induction 2 days ago, and am feeling great, and dont want to ruin it.
