  • Cook Out in NC

I went to Cook Out with my husband dreading the menu because I wasnt sure if i could have anything and I didnt want to peel the burger from the bun. My husband asked for the low carb options and they said they could give me the low carb burger

I received a somewhat large container with a HUGE burger sliced onion, about a cup and a half of lettuce 2 big slices of tomato and a side of mayo in a little cup. It looked beautiful and tasted awesome. I checked my ketones this AM and they are as purple as purple can be so I know there are no hidden sugars. I will definetly go back. I hear burger King will do something similar. I havent tried thiers yet. I Know cook out uses fresh beef daily so I will proabably stick with them.

Hardee's has a low carb burger too. I order mine without cheese or ketchup and add bacon (the cheese has atleast 2 carbs) It comes with lettuce in place of a bun.

And a plain classic triple w/cheese w/no bun from wendy's only has three carbs. Granted it's got 57g of fat and 810 calories but gosh is it good.

That and a side salad was actually too much food. I will probably go with the double next time

I love Wendy's. I read they dont have any soy or bread fillers in thier Beef. I think Mickey D's and Burger King have fillers and can stall you. Does anyone know if thats true?
