I have noticed Subway now can make any sandwich (sub) choice into a salad instead! They methodically ask you "do you want this? do you want that?" So you do not feel as though you are inconveniencing anyone- every creation is custom. They have oil and vinegar. So if you are tired of chicken caesar- there's turkey and othr combinations too. The size of the salad is perfect! They also sell bottled water.

Here is Subways website. They have a nice breakdown of nutrition for subs and salads, etc.

This is the printout they have at the store:

Notice that their dressings are very high in carbs (fat free tho!); the italian isn't as bad. I stopped by and picked up a salad today, almost had a heart attack and asked for no dressing, luckily the store was right by a food store so I just ran in and got some yummy stuff at 1g/svg
It wouldn't have been bad w/ just a little salt and pepper tho.
Most of the salads are 8-9 grams of carbs which surprised me as they aren't that large.
