    Re: Eating out tips?

Yes but the one BIG problem with Chinese food is that they use cornstarch to thicken just about everything. So you have to be careful. Even beef with broccoli and some stir fry will have it.

Thai food is a great choice as is a lot of Vietnamese food. Go for veggie and meat stir fries. No noodles or rice.

Chicken caesar salad, cobb salad, chef salad nicoise (leave out the potatoes) -- all great

french onion soup (ask for no bread on top) seafood- broiled shrimp clams scallops

Italian? get osso bucco. Yummmmm or an antipasto plate and eat it as dinner.
    JILL

    HW 298
    HW (this time) 248
    GOAL ONE 228
    (take 2)
    GOAL TWO 213 (personal goal)
    GOAL THREE 199 ONE-DERLAND
    FINAL GOAL 165

It's not about the results. Its about the process.

      Hi ,

Alot of you posted about eating chicken wings with no sauce ...Just wondeing is there a need to remove any skin on them and how many do you eat ? I am really new to this , actually just getting started . Also I have seen the post on fried chick with the pork rins ....whats the specifics on that if any of you know , like do you moisten the meat to get the crumbs to stick and then do you fry in oil ?

What about Ketchup...just love it , is there anyone who has a brand that is ATKINS friendly ?

Thanks in Advace for all your support and suggestions.
