Panda Express has the BEST Orange Chicken. Anyone know how many carbs in that? I'm thinking there must be sugar in the orange coating?????

Be careful when you eat Chinese food, and especially Panda Express -- a lot of the popular sauces are soy-and-sugar-based. I used to work at Panda, and I can't think of a single dish that didn't have sugar or flour in its sauce.

Also, they roll the meats in cornstarch to keep the meat soft during cooking (the orange chicken is actually imported in ready-to-fry bags, but it's already breaded, so no dice there), so I'd be careful of that even if you ask for a plain dish. They came out with the mandarin chicken after I quit, I'm not sure how the chicken is prepared there, but I'd definitely leave the sauce out of the equation for induction phase.
