Rainforest Cafe Induction friendly? PLEASE! LOL

Well.

Thursday the 9th is my husband AND son's birthday. ( they are exactly 30 years and 2 hours apart! lol) We had decided a while back to go to the rainforest cafe to celebrate.

I am starting induction Monday. Can someone tell me menu items I could order to stay on induction? I usually order the chopped salad. I love it. I know I cannot order that. I was just hoping someone here frequents Rainsforest Cafe enough to recommend something for me =).

okay so I looked up some menu items and this is what is induction friendly if you make it that way.

Hong Kong Stir Fry - Portabello mushrooms, carrots, broccoli, peas, red and green peppers in a Hoisin ginger sauce with Jasmine rice. With chicken $17.99, with shrimp $18.99 or with chicken and shrimp $19.99 Add a House salad or cup of soup for $4.99 - $17.99

get it witout carrots, peas, ginger sauce and rice.

or
ave New World - Charbroiled hand-pulled chicken breast and our Smokin' Mojo BBQ Sauce topped with our 4 cheese blend and chopped cilantro. Add a House Salad or cup of soup for $4.99 - $13.99

*But with NO BBQ sauce usually contains sugar! *********
or
Paradise Pot Roast - Tender thick-sliced pot roast and vegetables over mashed potatoes and served in its natural juices. Add a House salad or cup of soup for $4.99 - $16.99

**** this sounds really good *** of course get no honey mustard ... not sure if cucumbers are allowed... and no mashed potatoes opt for veggies.

and last but not least

Volcanic Cobb Salad - Grilled chicken breast, Romaine and Iceberg lettuce, crumbled blue cheese, black olives, tomatoes, chopped egg, and bacon. Tossed with Paradise Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing. - $14.99

all you have to do is maybe change the dressing

ALSO you can always do a burger with no bun and Im sure you can get a side of veggies... just let them know what you can and can't have and they should work with you.
