Hey all I had a question about the creamed spanich from Boston Market....

Does anyone know if thats ok?? I have checked the ingredients but its only similar recipes, no one seems to have the actual recipe and from the ones I've seen, some people add alittle flour so now I'm not sure if thats contained in their creamed spanich.

If so, does anyone know of an Atkins approved one?? Please let me know

Thanks all for your input and advice - by the way, can it be induction friendly as well??

    Re: Boston Market

I would be very suspicious of anything called cream at a restaurant as they are usually thickened with flour. Call and ask, tell they your on a restricted "gluten free" diet and need to know
