At taco bell, I noticed that they have this zesty chicken salad (minus crutons, dressing, etc) with all these veggies and stuff. Has anyone tried it? I'm nervous to touch it lol.

I havent' tried it but Taco bell usually uses corn starch and flour in their spice mixtures, i'd be leary of it...maybe check out their website to see if ingredients are listed and nutritional values?

OK, I didn't find the salad you're talking about, but the taco salad w/o the shell has this

Tacos are so easy to make on this woe ...
I use the Tamexico lc tortillas and they are awesome! Available at Publix in the dairy case.
Don't risk eating at Taco Bell ...

I sure wish I would have discovered this BB a couple days ago. I just finished my second taco salad (this one's chicken, yesterday's was beef) of the week. 4th day of induction.
Damn. I was in ketosis after 36 hours and have remained so, so I think my carbs have still stayed below 20 per day somehow; either that, or i've got an extremely high carb tolerance. At any rate, no more taco bell for me.Started Again May 10, 2005!!
