Hi all, first time here, just restarted Atkins after a 7 year hiatus and lost 11 pounds during the first week - that was a nice welcome back!
Anyway, I am a wing person and was about to go there for a big low-carb splurge, but saw that the 'Naked Tender" has 6 carbs!! When I look at their nutritional info they show each unsauced wing has zero carbs. Now how in the heck does a grilled chicken tender have 6 but a wing have zero?
I am at a loss and I want to avoid this place until I figure it out, so any help you guys might be would be appreciated.
