I went to Dennys and got the TBONE STEAK and EGGS.. IT WAS SOOOO GOOD and it was 1 carb count according to dietfacts.com

Starting Weight: 190 (2005)
Goal Weight: 140 (met goal summer 06)
Current Weight: refuse to get on the scale but all my clothes don't fit
New Goal Weight: 135
