I was futsing in the kitchen, and came up with this cheesy yummy sauce for my veggies:
3 Tablespoon butter
2 Tablespoon sour cream
4-5 slices American Cheese (no cheese food please, only the real stuff)
Melt butter over low heat. Once melted add sour cream. Heat slowly, to avoid seperation, and keep stirring occasionally. Once heated, add American cheese 2 slices at a time, and keep stirring. Once completely blended and smooth, cover pot, and keep on lowest possible heat until serve.
Makes about 4 servings...for Fit Day, it can be entered per serving as:
2 teaspoons butter
.5 Tablespoon Sour Cream
1 to 1.25 slice American Cheese.
