Well I tried a little creation last week and was quite impressed so I thought I'd share it with you.
Unfortunately I just chuck things in and hope for the best, plus I only cook for myself so I dont use alot.
Cheese - mature cheddar. I used Cathedral City
Cream - either double or whipping
Paprika - just a little bit
Garlic salt - just a little bit
Veggies - Whatever you want, depending on stage
I put them all in a saucepan over another saucepan with boiling water and stirred until the cheese melted.
I steamed some brocolli, green beans and cauliflower but you can add any veggies you want. I put the veggies in a heat proof dish and poured in the sauce. Then I sprinkled some grated cheese on top and put it under the grill so it went all brown and bubbly.
