  • Veggies in a bag - Induction friendly if you want it to be :)

I realize this is a somewhat simplistic "recipe" but since I've been enjoying it so much I thought I'd share. The beauty of this is of course it works with just about everything.

Veggies... use what you want, in whatever quantities you want. For reference I used 3 small yellow squash, a zuchinni, 2 cups green beans, 5 small tomatoes... chop the veggies up to size, pour in 1/4 cup or so olive oil, salt and pepper, then mix it all up. Put it in an aluminum foil grilling bag (or make your own). Grill on high 30 minutes, flipping and shaking half way over. Absolutely delicious. And great leftovers!

Sound really good ptansel. I'm always looking for new ways to fix my veggies. And I just love veggies on the grill any which way.
