1 head of cauliflower broken into bite size pieces
1 small bag of radishes (sliced)
Pour Hidden Valley Ranch dressing over and stir! VOILA
I have brought this salad to pot lucks and people ask for the recipe all the time! I am not a big fan of radishes and neither is my son, but we both love this recipe. The ranch must compliment the radish or something. I even tried it with cucumbers once and it wasn't nearly as good.
Great to keep in the fridge for snacking too!
