  • Delicious Not-so Honey Mustard!

    I was tired of plain cucumbers and tired of my italian dressing so I made this up and it is SOOOOO good

    The recipe is:

    1/2 cup Mustard
    2 tablespoons heavy
    2 tablespoons Olive oil
    7 packets Splenda


    This makes a pretty decent sized amount And the whole recipe has:
    448 calories
    42 grams of fat
    18 grams carbs
    6 grams protein

    I used 1 tablespoon on the side to dip my cucumber slices in and oh my it was soooo yummy! I thought it was better than the real thing.

    This makes between 10 and 15 1 tablespoon servings

    18 grams of carbs in the whole thing? What kind of mustard are you using? I thought that mustard was carb free?

      yes 18 grams of carbs in the whole thing. Using regular prepared mustard...according to fitday the 1/2 cup of mustard has 9.73g of carbs and 4g of fiber, so actually the whole recipe has
      14g of carbs rather than 18
