I simply adapted this from my old recipes (substituting Splenda where it calls for sugar). It can't be more than 2 carbs per cup.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 C. Mayo (Real)
1/2 C. Splenda
2 to 3 TBSP. Vinegar
A couple of dashes of Salt & Pepper
4 Medium cucumbers peeled and sliced
1 onion sliced
How to Prepare:
Mix together and refigerate in an airtight container overnight. Yum - Yum! These will never go to waste.
