  • Good Veggies! (for those sick of salad)

    ingredients:

    One bag frozen broccoli cuts
    One bag frozen stir fry vegetables (red, green, yellow peppers and onions)
    1/2 stick of butter
    1/2 stick of cream cheese
    salt and pepper to taste

    Mix all ingredients and either bake in the oven at 300 covered with foil for an hour, or microwave until vegetables are tender, stirring the mixture occasionally. Top with shredded cheddar cheese if desired.

    This vegetable dish is good hot or cold, and goes well with chicken, beef, or pork chops.
